Welcome to NoClue. By joining our waitlist or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoClue's waitlist, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). NoClue is operated by NoClue Group Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Waitlist Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join our waitlist. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 No Guarantee of Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to NoClue when we launch. We will invite users based on availability, registration order, and other factors at our sole discretion.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when joining the waitlist. We may verify this information and remove users who provide false details.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Beta Access

If selected for our private pilot or beta program, you understand that:

• The Services are in development and may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Your access may be terminated at any time during the beta period
• You may be asked to provide feedback on your experience

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Services
• Share your access credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team

4. AI Coaching Disclaimer

4.1 Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: NoClue provides AI-powered running coaching recommendations, but it is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services are for informational and educational purposes only.

4.2 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You use NoClue's recommendations at your own risk
• You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any training program
• You should seek immediate medical attention for injuries or health concerns
• NoClue cannot predict or prevent injuries
• Running and physical exercise carry inherent risks

4.3 AI Limitations

Our AI coaching system may make errors or provide recommendations that are not suitable for your individual circumstances. Always use your judgment and prioritize your health and safety.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by NoClue Group Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the Services, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Terms (Future Launch)

6.1 Pricing

When NoClue launches, access will be available via subscription. Current pricing is £29/month, subject to change before launch.

6.2 Founder Pricing

Early waitlist members may receive special "founder pricing." This is offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6.3 Refunds

Once we begin charging for the Services, our refund policy will be clearly stated. During the beta period, the Services are provided free of charge.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may stop using the Services at any time by contacting us to remove your account.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the Services
• Required by law or to protect our rights

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoClue Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code in the Services
• Any injuries sustained while following training recommendations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoClue Group Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email if the changes are material
• Provide a reasonable period for you to review the changes

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NoClue Group Limited regarding the Services.
